Following strong growth in our D2C channel, we’re now rapidly expanding our B2B arm, fuelling professional sports teams, corporate offices, and performance-driven organisations that care about the wellbeing of their people. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior B2B Growth Executive to support our Head of Growth in scaling these two key verticals — Professional Sports and Corporate Clients — driving new business, managing partnerships, and ensuring exceptional client experience throughout. The Role You’ll play a pivotal role in acquiring, onboarding and nurturing B2B relationships. This is a commercial growth position that blends sales, partnerships and account management, with exposure to events, brand collaborations and LinkedIn marketing. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Support the Head of Growth in prospecting, outreach and pipeline management across both sports and corporate sectors Research, qualify and engage new opportunities using a mix of CRM tools, email, LinkedIn and event networking Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals and assist in closing deals Manage the full handover and onboarding process for new accounts Account & Partnership Management Act as day-to-day contact for existing teams and business clients Build strong relationships to drive retention, upsell and referral opportunities Support delivery of partnership activations, brand campaigns and co-branded events Work with operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery for all clients Events & Outreach Assist in planning and executing B2B events — including tasting sessions, wellness days, corporate activations and sports team visits Represent FuelHub professionally at networking events, trade shows and partner activations LinkedIn & Marketing Support Manage and grow the FuelHub for Business LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting and community engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials and content showcasing our B2B partnerships Performance & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates Track KPIs across lead generation, conversion and client retention About You You’ll thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and be motivated by hitting targets and building long-term relationships. You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders — from sports performance directors to HR leads — and can balance commercial drive with exceptional service. You’ll Bring: 2–4 years experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management (ideally within food, wellness, sports, or hospitality sectors) Proven success in generating and converting new business opportunities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-starter attitude — comfortable owning projects end-to-end Strong organisational skills and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Interest in health, nutrition, or sport.
