The Impact You’ll Make: As Contact Centre Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team responsible for driving hospitality sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, motivating your team to exceed targets, and ensuring the venue remains the destination of choice for premium sporting experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver against ambitious revenue targets. Oversee all hospitality sales activity, delivering exceptional service to maximise revenue and retention. Build and maintain robust sales pipelines, ensuring renewals, new business, and upsell opportunities are maximised. Monitor market trends and performance data to refine strategy and identify opportunities for growth. Review pricing, demand, and inventory to optimise revenue across all packages. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations. Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience leading successful sales teams within an outbound contact centre environment. A strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Confident in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strategic thinker who can combine data insight with creativity to deliver results. Inspiring leader who coaches and develops team members to reach their full potential. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
