The facility features a 22-bed department dedicated to mental health care, focusing on acute psychiatric treatment in a supportive environment. Opportunity: Child Adolescent Boarded - Psychiatry Job Details: • Position available from November 2025 through February 2026 with specified dates • Must be Massachusetts licensed - this is a non-negotiable requirement • Board certification required • Serve 10-12 patient encounters per shift in an acute psychiatric unit • Treat diverse psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders • Experience preferred with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application • Apply various treatment techniques including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT • Must possess ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications • Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
