Position We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Val della Torre (TO). The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of a scalable web-based application. Solid experience in front-end and back-end technologies, with object-oriented programming skills (preferably in C# / .NET or another modern framework) and proven ability to lead technical discussions, and ensure the development of high-quality code are preferred requirements. You’ll work across the full stack — with a primary focus on the UI and user experience layer — developing rich web applications that integrate seamlessly with backend services in a cloud-based environment. Main Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions; Leading technical discussions and decision-making and ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards; Architecting and improving application infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability; Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the stack and contributing to DevOps practices; Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development. Experience with a back-end OOP language (C# and other general-purpose programming languages) and software architecture and API design. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Solid experience with relational databases, in particular MySQL. Strong team player skills, promoting collaboration with relevant partners, good communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving; Nice To Have Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT). Experience with UI testing frameworks (Cypress) and Linux environment, in particular the latest RedHat distributions. Awareness of UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and performance tuning. Familiarity with micro frontends or modular web architecture and cybersecurity principles. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and DevOps pipelines.
