Key Responsibilities Successful Gaming Ambassadors: Manage and grow high-end customer loyalty with appropriate recognition for their needs and value Maintain records and measure trends of high-end guest activities Co-ordinate and host VIP functions and hospitality events Provide efficient and friendly customer service to Privé guests (face-to-face and telephonically), supplying prompt and complete information about all services and benefits on the property Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately (Advantage) Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently Qualifications & Experience Matric (NQF 4) Numeracy skills (NQF 4) Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4) Sound computer skills in MS Office Presentation skills At least three years’ experience in a related hospitality field
