Senior Store Manager

Senior Store Manager required for a Garden Centre near Wellingborough. Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist horticultural and leisure retailers who are committed to offering best quality products and service as a matter of course. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager for an established store that has been redeveloped and has further plans for expansion. Store Managers play a key role in the business, as well as being inspirational leaders they are focused on developing a sales and service-based culture in order to exceed customer expectations. This role offers full autonomy to lead and develop the centre and you will be encouraged to utilise your knowledge and commercial trading skills to drive performance.
