Lead Support Worker Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140 Permanent, full or part time ( 37.5hpw), across 7 days per week to include some bank holidays and weekends. What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support. Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads. Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments. The practical bits 8 week rolling rota covering 7 days per week, currently including 2 weekends in 8, with some early 9-5 shifts, some middle 10-6 shifts and some late 11-7 shifts.
