️ Contracts Manager - Interior Fit-Out (Retail, Hospitality) Salary: £50,000- £60,000 Car Allowance Company Bonus Location: Office Based in Manchester and visiting sites UK Wide Start Date: January Interviews: Two-stage process ️ About the Role This is a hands-on Contracts Manager position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-spec interior fit-out environments. You'll be overseeing multiple projects across the UK, ranging from £500K to £2M, with a focus on leisure and hospitality projects. What You'll Be Doing Overseeing project delivery from start to finish across multiple sites (volume depends on project value) Managing health & safety on site and ensuring compliance Leading and coordinating the on-site install team Conducting site walkarounds and liaising directly with clients Ensuring timely and accurate valuations and cost tracking Working closely with the QS and Build Manager Coordinating direct-to-site deliveries and logistics Project Types High-end office fit-outs Retail and hospitality refurbishments What We're Looking For Proven experience in interior fit-out Background in companies similar in size and scope CSCS Gold or Black Card and SMSTS certification (essential) Strong site management and delivery skills Ability to work UK-wide with flexibility Experience in high end projects
