Job description: Drive relationship-based business development by building strong, genuine connections with referring physicians and office staff—ideal candidates are personable, outgoing, and confident initiating conversations in any setting. Manage an established book of business with a growth mindset, conducting daily in-person visits to multiple physician offices, identifying referral trends, and proactively addressing any drop in patient flow (e.g., checking in when referrals decrease). Engage in after-hours networking and events, including cocktail receptions, luncheons, dinners, and in-service meetings, to strengthen partnerships and expand referral sources. Leverage diverse professional backgrounds—experience in hospitality, client relations, or other people-facing roles is valued; this role is not about hard sales but authentic connection and trust-building. Utilize tools like Salesforce (subject to change) to track visits, manage outreach, and report on business development activities, while being supported with training and budget for executing high-impact marketing efforts (e.g., hosted lunches). Requirements: Seeing road warriors with previous outside sales experience (not from real estate backgrounds) Big personalities that know how to build relationships – This is not a transactional role it is a relationship building role Experience navigating smaller businesses Employer will perform testing Must have a valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Background check required MVR check required
