Telemetry RN Job Details Job Title: Registered Nurse – Telemetry Unit (RN) Location: Louisville, KY 40241 Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract Unit: 4E/4C Telemetry Shift: Night Shift (6:45pm – 7:15am), every other weekend Hours: 36 hours per week (3x12 hour shifts) Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/30/2025 – End: 2/28/2026) Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930-$1980 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care RN experience (Telemetry or Progressive Care Unit preferred) Active Kentucky RN license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Experience with Epic EMR Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and reassessments in accordance with hospital policy and patient condition Develop, implement, and revise individualized nursing care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions and treatments Educate patients and families about care, treatment, and discharge planning Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; mentor and precept nursing staff Promote teamwork and participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives Comply with regulatory standards and participate in Practice Governance Apply now to join our Louisville healthcare team as a Telemetry RN and take the next step in your nursing career!
