Description The Gritti Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International is currently recruiting for a F&B Guest Experience Ambassador. The F&B Guest Experience Ambassador will report to the Restaurant Manager and she / he will be part of a F&B department. This is a full-time role. Maintain a thorough understanding of all standards Liaising with Event and the restaurant team for special events and occasions Liaising with other departments (F&B Sales and Front Office) for VIP guests and special celebrations Supply guests with directions and information regarding the restaurant and the hotel Provides support regarding any reasonable task requested by the Management What were looking for Fluent English and Italian are required Understanding of luxury hospitality F&B operations Experience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage A warm people-oriented demeanour A team-player attitude Positive outlook and dependability Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
