About the role: As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll work with clients aged 16 and above across a diverse caseload including disability, neurological events, and degenerative diseases. You’ll support individuals in their homes, group homes, aged care facilities, or local community settings. Your days may include conducting swallowing assessments, developing mealtime management plans, or helping clients explore communication solutions such as AAC in real-world environments. You’ll have control over how you structure your week—with flexibility to balance home visits, telehealth sessions, report writing and CPD time. Your personalised admin support team ensures your schedule is efficient and travel time is minimised. There is flexibility to tailor your caseload around your home location, with current opportunities in the Hills, North West, North Shore and South-West Sydney. Positions are available full-time or part-time, with an office base in Newcastle for collaboration or client sessions. Senior clinicians are also encouraged to apply, leadership opportunities are available for those who wish to combine clinical work with supervision or mentoring responsibilities.
