Social Care Team Leader Location : Glasgow, G33 2QF Salary : £13,041.60 - £14,029.60 per annum (£26,520 - £28,560 FTE) Contract : Part time, Permanent - 19 hours per week Our organisation was established in the mid-70s with the goal of providing outstanding social care for individuals with diverse support needs. Beacon House is an 8 bedded service based in Cranhill, Glasgow. We support 8 individuals with learning disabilities live life to the fullest. As a Social Care Team Leader you will support the Registered Service Managerwith the delivery of the service. Youwill also be responsible for ensuring a high-quality person-centred approach is delivered. It'sa chance for you to showcase yourconfidencein your own abilitiestoeffectively manage a team Shift working including evenings and weekends is a requirement of the post. Previous working experience with the client group is preferred and previous supervisory experience is desirable. The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills. Experience of MS Office is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
