Salary and Benefits Base salary starting at $125,000 (depending on experience) 10% annual incentive bonus based on care quality and patient outcomes Health Insurance: Employer covers 100% of employee-only premium on the Basic Plan; Buy-Up Plan available for $73.90/month Dental Insurance: $0/month for employee-only coverage with $2,000 annual max per person Vision Insurance: $3.10/month for employee-only coverage with $180 frame allowance every 24 months Health Savings Account: Employer contributes $500/year for individuals or $1,000/year for families Paid Time Off: 15 days annually, begins accruing immediately Paid Holidays: 10 recognized holidays Parental Leave: 6 weeks fully paid leave for all new parents Short-Term Disability: Employer-paid; 60% of weekly salary up to $2,000/week Long-Term Disability: Employer-paid; 60% of monthly salary up to $15,000/month Life Insurance and AD&D: Employer-paid; coverage equal to 1x annual salary up to $250,000 Retirement Package: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% (maximum 4% employer match) Full Support Staff and Professional Development Opportunities Responsibilities Monday Friday 8AM 5PM Deliver outpatient primary care to adult and elderly populations No Nights, No Weekends, and No In-Hospital Call (Call is divided by X providers, 1 week of nights every X weeks) Patient panel capped at 650 Conduct patient visits per day with a focus on quality over quantity Perform in-office procedures such as minor suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings for seniors Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical support team Advance a culture of safety, service, and clinical excellence Requirements Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Florida NP license At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings Geriatric experience preferred but not required Team-oriented and passionate about patient-centered care Committed to serving elderly and underserved populations About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between mission-driven healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
