Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias; administer oxygen and manage nasal cannula Initiate and maintain IVs; perform peripheral line care and management Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social services Float between multiple Med/Surg and Telemetry units to meet facility needs Accurately document patient care using Epic electronic medical records (EMR) Participate in rapid response and support patient safety initiatives Grow your nursing skills and experience in a welcoming South Carolina community.
