Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on a 4x10 schedule • Schedule runs six weeks in duration • 9-11 call shifts per schedule including after hours and weekend call • Must work both Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures • Perform both scrub and monitor (recording) functions • May float between campuses as needed • 3-5 years of experience required • Must have Electrophysiology experience • Required certifications: RCIS, ACLS, BLS • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with imaging studies • Perform studies in a timely manner under direction of Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services • Responsible and accountable for performance of cardiac catheterization procedures Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.
