Beach Road Office Hours $8,000 - $10,000 monthly basic VB Responsibilities Develop and manage external digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email marketing, social media, and website. Prepare digital content for internal communication and employee engagement activities including staff broadcast emails, office town halls, the intranet, and in-office posters, and TVs. Optimise the company's online presence and improve the design, content of campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, media share of voice, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Required Skills A bachelor's degree in marketing or communication design or a related field. 10-12 years proven working experience in digital marketing and communication design. A flair for copy writing, and visual communications. A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market research, and current affairs. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and familiarity with use of design software like Canva.
