What Youll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and outstanding guest experiences. Drive financial performance through smart budgeting, promotions, and cost control. Lead, train, and inspire a motivated team that delivers service excellence. Manage inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to deliver top-quality food and memorable dining experiences. Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care. Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards. What Were Looking For Minimum 4 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Proven success in operations, staff management, budgeting, and customer service. Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, guest-centric approach. Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous).
