Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

My husband and I both work from home but work long hours. We are really looking for more of a mothers helper/house manager as opposed to childcare. We need help with chores (tidying, cooking dinner, laundry, cleaning kitchen, feed cats/scooping litter, taking out garbages, etc.), small errands within walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, post office), and picking up the kids from daycare and school. Plus sometimes helping to feed and/or do bedtime routine. Looking for about 3h starting around 3:30pm Monday to Friday. (Another mom close by is interested in offering 2h per day, so we could possibly do a total of 25h/week combined.) Our children are very sweet and funny. Our 5 year old son is autistic but is level 1 (very high functioning) - his main challenge is extreme picky eating and being somewhat demand avoidant (ie stubborn).
