We're looking for a Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, manage medication rounds, and lead a dedicated care team in providing exceptional support to our service users. Your working hours This is a full-time role of 36 hours per week, working 3 long days per week: Long days: 07:00 19:30 / 10:00 22:30 One sleep-in per week Alternating weekend shifts From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday 7am Monday). (This does not apply to sleep-ins.) About the role As a Care Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will supervise and support a team of Support Workers, promoting positive outcomes for residents and supporting a flexible, person-centred approach.
