Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) Location: Manchester (Site-based) We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded M&E contractor based in Manchester. This role focuses on commercial management for M&E systems on large office, hotel, and high-rise projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for M&E systems, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule. Monitor and manage variations, progress claims, and valuations for M&E works. Provide regular updates on cost performance, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting. Support procurement of M&E contractors, suppliers, and materials. Act as the on-site commercial lead, liaising with project teams and reporting to the director. Key Requirements: Proven experience in M&E quantity surveying. Strong understanding of cost control, progress reporting, and procurement for M&E systems.
