Sommelier

At Villa Fiorella Art Hotel, a 5* Hotel and Michelin key located in Massa Lubrense, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to manage our wine cellar, which boasts a selection of 740 labels and 4000 bottles, with a carefully curated wine list that has earned several awards. Given the size and significance of our cellar, this is a position of high reponsibility. The right candidate should have the experience and confidence to manage it successfully. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the wine cellar, ensuring optimal storage conditions and organization. Curate and update the wine list in collaboration with the F&B Manager and the General Manager. Monitor wine inventory, costs, and sales performance. Provide expert wine service in the restaurant, bar, and during private events. Conduct wine tastings and educate guests about wine caractheristics. Train and support the restaurant team in wine knowledge and service standards. The right candidate has minimum 2 years previous experience in the same position and must be fluent in Italian and English.
