Registered Nurse Job Details Location: Weston, Florida 33331 Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital Unit: Operating Room – Transplant (Liver, Heart, Lung, Kidney) Start Date: December 8, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks (through March 9, 2026) Shift: 12-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM), 36 hours per week On-Call: 1 shift per week and two 12-hour weekend shifts per month Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960 Charting System: EPIC EMR Scrub Color: Ceil Blue Parking: Free in any unrestricted space Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of direct Operating Room RN experience with transplant surgeries (liver, heart, lung, kidney) Proficiency with MISONIX/CUSA surgical equipment Experience with organ implantation procedures Active Registered Nurse license in Florida (pending license accepted) Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (at time of submission), NIHSS (prior to start) Nicotine-free (negative cotinine test required) Willingness to train and support students/new staff in a teaching hospital environment Ability to complete time-sensitive onboarding modules All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at application First-time travel nurses welcome Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities Circulate and scrub for complex transplant surgeries (liver, heart, lung, kidney) Operate advanced surgical equipment including MISONIX/CUSA Participate in organ implantation procedures Float within scope to support facility needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a teaching hospital Maintain strict infection control and patient safety protocols Document patient care using EPIC EMR Participate in scheduled on-call rotations Experience a rewarding nursing job in Weston, Florida—an area celebrated for its welcoming neighborhoods, top-rated schools, and proximity to South Florida attractions.
