The Role: You’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting the implementation of a bespoke software platform to clients across the UK. You’ll be responsible for: Installing and configuring software systems for new customers. Delivering end-user training and ensuring smooth adoption of the system. Providing on-site support during client go-lives. Collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve installation issues and ensure client satisfaction. Key Details: Hybrid role: You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Stoke-on-Trent . Travel: Occasional travel around the UK staying away from home – hotel accommodation and expenses provided . Company car provided if required. Full training on the specific software platform will provided About You: We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in application support ideally with good experience working with end users Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
