CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - New Grads & Experienced Welcome!

Job Description Job Description We're seeking experienced CDL-A drivers and new graduates! Select the route that matches your career level and enjoy consistent miles, weekly pay, and reliable home time. Job Details : Pay : $0.43-$0.58 CPM (based on experience); $1,200-$1,500/week; top 25% earn $1,800/week. Bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM monthly. Miles : 2,100-2,300/week, 100% no-touch freight, 60% drop-and-hook. Home Time : Every other week with 34-48 hr reset; take truck home (no slip seating). Orientation : $300 paid, with travel and hotel covered. For Recent CDL-A Graduates : Paid training (4-6 weeks) on OTR routes across Western US. Post-training pay: $1,200-$1,500/week. Rider/pet policy available after training. Responsibilities : Safely operate modern trucks on regional routes. Perform vehicle inspections and comply with DOT rules. Handle no-touch freight with efficient drop-and-hook. Benefits : Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match after 30 days. PTO, paid holidays, weekly direct deposit.
