Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Description Job Description We’re looking for an LVN who thrives on both direct patient care and team leadership to join our concierge family medicine practice. This unique role blends direct patient care with supervisory oversight of medical assistants, ensuring a seamless, high-touch patient experience. You’ll provide compassionate outpatient care, mentor staff, and support quality assurance initiatives that drive evidence-informed medicine. What You’ll Do Provide direct patient care: triage, vitals, injections, wound care, immunizations, and chronic disease support. Supervise, mentor, and guide medical assistants to ensure safe, efficient workflows. Oversee administrative duties: EMR documentation, lab/referral tracking, scheduling, and supply management. Support quality assurance initiatives, including chart audits, workflow reviews, and evidence-informed practice updates. Actively contribute to a collaborative team and ability to work independently and provide exceptional patient experience. What We’re Looking For Active California LVN license & BLS/CPR certification. Outpatient/primary care experience; supervisory or lead role experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with EMR systems (Athena preferred).
