The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About the roleTo act as a team leader of Purchasing to ensure that the storerooms run smoothly and efficiently.What you will doBe part of the opening team-Check all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchases records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items.-Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming goods for the hotel and maintain a good balance between par levels of inventory items and on hand quantities in accordance to business needs.-Must be able to perform all duties that are usually performed by Storeroom Clerks.-Supervise/ work together with Storeroom Clerks and Receivers to ensure that all incoming merchandise is dated, priced and rotated in all circumstances.-Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update computerized inventory system.-Work closely with Receiving to ensure a smooth exchange from Receiving to Storage.Issue slow moving stock list at least once a month.-Participate in daily, weekly, month end, quarterly and annual inventories for food, beverage, groceries, sundries and operating equipment as required.-Ensure that the department works closely with the Operational Departments to circulate inventory and maintain a good balance of par stocks and on hand inventory balance.What you bringHigh school education or equivalent experience-Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.-Three months to one year in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.What we offer:Four Seasons believes in offering the best to the best when it comes to employee benefits!
