Key Responsibilities Provide specialized technical knowledge and best practices from Yokogawa to the Pulp & paper sector, acting as a regional subject matter expert. Support the sales team in identifying opportunities aligned with technical expertise, understanding clients’ pain points and challenges to propose suitable solutions. Develop and propose customized technical solutions aimed at delivering value and enhancing operational efficiency for clients. Manage the relationship between the organization and clients, ensuring effective information flow and resolution of client needs. Work directly with clients in the Pulp & Paper supply chain, understanding their processes and offering tailored solutions from the Yokogawa portfolio focused on efficiency and added value. Lead internal cross‑functional teams in configuring customized solutions, including technical, commercial, and contractual definitions. Collaborate with marketing and market intelligence teams to align strategies and commercial actions focused on sustainable growth. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs, strengthening networking and brand positioning. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, potential analyses, and commercial KPIs. Conduct application tests and client training sessions. Monitor trends in the Pulp & Paper market and analyze competitors to identify new business opportunities. Education Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Automation Engineering or related fields. Experience Previous experience in technical or consultative sales, automation projects, process optimization in pulp & paper industries. Solid knowledge of industrial processes such as cooking, chemical recovery, bleaching, level 3 solutions, automation and control, and safety. Skills and Competencies Strong relationship‑building and active listening skills. Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach. Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to operate in multicultural environments. Strategic thinking with strong customer orientation. Proactive and autonomous in leading projects and business opportunities. Languages Advanced English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
