Job Description

Requirements: Matric with a Culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar senior role. Proven experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and artistry. Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have own reliable transport and valid drivers license. Willingness to work flexible hospitality hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
