Class 2 Drivers

Class 2 drivers required for immediate starts in Shepton Mallet. This work is on behalf of a national drinks wholesaler, who are specialists in on-trade drinks distribution throughout the country supplying 1000s of alcohol products to pubs, clubs, hotels, etc. Your main duties will include delivering beers, wine, spirits and associated products on a set route to licensed premises throughout the South and South West England. Heavier routes are accompanied by a drivers mate to help with the lifting. This work is temporary. However, the client is looking for longer term cover, working ongoing Monday to Friday hours. This role involves an induction and assessment day prior to starting. This Client is happy to accept new passes, given they can demonstrate a safe and competent driving ability. Hours of work are Mon to Fri, starting between 5am and 6am daily, usually working no more than 8 to 9 hours per day (this can vary during busier periods). The hourly pay rate for this role is £15.50 per hour (PAYE).
