Estimated Weekly Pay: $1680 - $1730 Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details Location: Conway, South Carolina (zip 29526) – South Carolina nursing jobs Facility Type: Community Hospital Float Pool (Med/Surg Telemetry units) Assignment Length: 13-week travel RN contract Start Date: November 4, 2025 End Date: February 3, 2026 Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Hours per Week: 36 Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Patient Population: Adults Patient/Nurse Ratio: 1:6, flexing up to 1:7 Scheduling: Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling available Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Scrub Color: Black Registered Nurse Qualifications Active South Carolina RN license (or compact state license) At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience Previous travel RN experience required (no first-time travelers for float pool) Float pool and PCU/Step Down experience preferred BCLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Proficiency with Cerner EMR Community hospital experience required Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Float between Med/Surg Telemetry units, delivering high-quality patient care Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage adult medical, surgical, and cardiac patients Perform IV therapy, wound care, and administer medications and blood products Interpret cardiac dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR Maintain infection control and isolation precautions Participate in self-scheduling and flexible weekend/holiday shifts Discover the welcoming community of Conway, SC, with its Southern hospitality, historic downtown, and proximity to Grand Strand beaches.
