Position Overview The Senior Accountant will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly financial statements within a 10-day close cycle Perform account reconciliations Assist with month-end close , including journal entries and variance analysis Develop and recommend departmental budgets and objectives; manage within approved plans Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management to support decision-making Assist with annual audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience , ideally in the hospitality or related industry Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting processes, and procedures Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities What's in It for You Competitive compensation and benefits package 401(k) with company match Opportunity to join a growing organization with significant career advancement potential Collaborative, family-oriented culture with strong leadership support Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 LI-AE4
