2IC Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain full stack software applications (C#, .NET, Angular). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making. Support the CTO as 2IC , providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in professional C# development. Experience with Angular is preferred. Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is advantageous. Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage. Apply now!
