Job Description

About Us We’re a Canadian marketing and web design agency that helps business owners build bold brands, user-friendly websites, and campaigns that deliver real results. Our clients come from a mix of industries, but they share a drive to grow and make an impact in their communities. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and ambitious—with a healthy dose of personality. We believe in doing great work while keeping the process human and enjoyable. If you thrive on organization, enjoy collaborating with kind people, and like seeing projects run smoothly from start to finish, this could be the role for you. The Role As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the connection point between our clients and our creative team. You’ll keep projects organized, timelines on track, and communication clear, while providing a positive and supportive client experience. Far from a dull admin role, you’ll be actively managing deliverables, coordinating with team members, and guiding projects from first briefing to final delivery. What You’ll Do Project Management - Keep marketing and web projects on time, on track, and on fire (in a good way!). - Create timelines, assign tasks, chase deadlines (nicely), and celebrate wins. Client Communication - Serve as the approachable and reliable first point of contact for our clients. - Manage client communication threads, schedule/coordinate calls, and provide clear status updates. Account Management - Understand client goals and ensure we’re delivering on them—while looking for opportunities to exceed expectations. - Contribute suggestions for improving client experience and results. We encourage fresh perspectives! Marketing Support - Assist in campaign coordination, content organization, and light content edits. - Support content planning by organizing assets and keeping information flowing between clients and the team. Team Collaboration - Work closely with designers, strategists, and creative leads to move projects forward. - Anticipate needs, solve problems, and radiate good vibes. About You - Are based in Canada and have excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus). - Have 2 years of experience in project management, client success, marketing coordination, or agency work. - Love keeping things organized and moving forward. Your to-do list is colour-coded, isn’t it? - Are just as comfortable building relationships on Zoom as you are in a follow-up email. - Are resourceful, solution-focused, and curious—you know how to figure things out. - Understand how marketing and web projects flow, from first brainstorm to final launch, and are confident supporting each stage. - Can manage several projects at once while keeping timelines and priorities clear (without breaking a sweat or dropping a ball). - Are comfortable using tools like Asana, Dropbox, and Semrush (or can pick them up quickly). - Value the flexibility of freelance/contract work while still being part of a collaborative team. Perks & Vibe - Competitive hourly rate: $25–$30 CAD/hour. - Contract/freelance role with flexible hours and potential to grow. - 100% remote. Work from your cozy nook (or the beach…we’re not picky). - 15–30 hours/week, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role with more responsibility. - A collaborative, supportive team that values great work and great working relationships. How to Apply Think you’re our next Project Dynamo & Client Happiness Hero? We’d love to see: - Your resume. - A short note telling us why you’d be a great fit. - Bonus points: Share a fun fact or a GIF that captures your vibe. We love getting to know the people behind the resumes!
