The Role As General Manager , you’ll lead the full hospitality operation, from guest experience and day-to-day running, to team leadership and strategic growth. You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly, beautifully, and with purpose. You’ll: Lead and inspire a passionate hospitality and events team Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to farewell Oversee daily operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency Manage budgets, staffing, and supplier relationships Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and safety Work closely with the owners/directors to develop new offerings and grow the brand It’s a hands-on role, where energy, initiative, and attention to detail will shine. About You You’re a people centred leader who thrives in dynamic, values led environments.
