Provide high-quality interventions using strengths-based and community asset approaches. Conduct assessments, support planning, interventions, and evaluations using the Three Conversations model . Manage safeguarding enquiries and handle complex situations with professionalism. Maintain Social Work England registration and ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act .
