Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: North London & surrounding areas Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday – Friday (overtime available at enhanced rates) Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical and building services systems, ensuring compliance with all statutory and safety standards. This role offers a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, working across a variety of client sites, and the chance to develop professionally in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and building services systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults and complete minor installations. Assist with mechanical and basic plumbing maintenance when required. Perform statutory M&E and health & safety tasks. Ensure compliance with company procedures and MEP schedules. Work independently and collaboratively to deliver excellent service. Communicate effectively with clients, site staff, and management. Requirements Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent; required for QS eligibility) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) 2391-52 Test & Inspection (or equivalent; required for QS eligibility) Proven experience in building services maintenance and electrical engineering Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good communication and organisational abilities Full UK driving licence Basic plumbing knowledge is advantageous Benefits Company vehicle Uniform and mobile phone Travel expenses Career development with full support towards NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor status Overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates Why Join Us?
