Job Description Job Description Summary of Position: The primary responsibility of a Kitchen Steward is to clean and maintain the kitchen and all kitchen equipment. Duties & Responsibilities: 1- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment 2- Clean and maintain kitchen floors and drains 3- Deep clean each kitchen bi-weekly 4- Assist dish washing department 5- Assist supervisor as needed 6- Show flexibility in terms of your schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. 7- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness 8- Be a team player; Help out fellow employees when possible.
