We are seeking a poised and professional Front Desk Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our client's company. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence. Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Manage scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed Create PowerPoint presentations Uphold confidentiality and security protocols at all times Front Desk Administrator Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role Strong technical skills, fluent in MS Office Suite Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure INOCT2025 ZRCFS LI-MY1
