Administering and supervising all casino accounting functions. 2. Analyzing financial statements and preparing reports for management staff and regulatory agencies. 3. Ensuring all accounting procedures and reporting conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 4. Adhering to all Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations. 5. Conducting revenue audits and providing recommendations for improvements. 6. Working closely with the casino management team to develop financial strategies and plans. Qualifications: To qualify for this role, you should possess the following: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Casino Controller or in a similar role. 2. Experience in casino revenue auditing. 3. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations. 4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. 5. Strong leadership and team management skills. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
