Community Services Team Member – Ocean Gallery (Full-Time) Location : Butler Beach, FL Pay : $17.00/hour Schedule : Evening Shift (4 PM – 12 AM) and Overnight Type: Full-Time Workplace: Drug-Free (DFWP) – Drug screening and background check required Ocean Gallery is a private, gated oceanfront Resort condominium community seeking dependable and personable individuals to join our Community Services Department . This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities: • Control access at the Main Gate for owners and guests • Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents • Conduct regular patrols via golf cart and on foot • Verify identification at pools and hot tubs • Deliver correspondence to board members • Post legal notices on designated bulletin boards • Use basic computer skills for email and documentation • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all ✅ Requirements: • Good physical health and ability to patrol the property • Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently • Weekend availability is mandatory • Must pass drug screening and background check Company Description Friendly family-oriented resort condominium known as The Best Address at the Beach!
