POSITION SUMMARY: Involve tasks related to project cost estimation preparing a complete and comprehensive Bid Package for review by the Senior Estimator prior to any Project date line. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Properly develop RFI’s Communicate properly orally and written. Performing Quantity Take Offs Calculate material quantities, labor and equipment costs. Maintain Subcontractor bid list Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain prices. Collecting and organizing data for use in bid proposals QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of relevant experience Proficient MS Word, Excel, Computers Ability to use estimating software and spreadsheets Americaribe LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
