In this role, you will monitor critical IT systems and services, raise incidents, and contribute to IT operational excellence. You will play a frontline role in identifying issues before they become major incidents, managing service availability dashboards, and assisting in incident response coordination. You'll also help apply ITIL-aligned processes and support continuous improvement initiatives within the EOC. Key Requirements · Raise and manage incidents using the IT Service Management tool (ServiceNow) · Monitor environmental thresholds and proactively alert on potential issues · Coordinate application maintenance notifications and dashboard updates · Support incident response efforts from detection to resolution · Assist with ITSM and SIAM process adherence across service providers · Log infrastructure events and support root cause analysis where needed Talented, committed, can-do individuals have always been the cornerstone of this dynamic organisation.
