Director of Operations, Travel

As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee the day-to-day business functions that keep our company running smoothly. You’ll be the key connector between teams—ensuring our travel planners, sales, customer service, and partner relationships work together seamlessly. What You’ll Do Lead Operations: Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including travel logistics, customer service, supplier management, and internal systems. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor staff across multiple departments, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and scale effectively. Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other key partners. Performance: Track KPIs and ensure operational goals align with company strategy. Customer Experience: Champion a service-first mindset, ensuring that every client journey exceeds expectations.
