Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department on a full-time permanent basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engage members, and deliver commercial goals. Working closely with the Design and Marketing teams, you’ll create on-brand digital and print materials, from membership initiatives to event collateral, ensuring all creative output is clear, compelling, and aligned with our strategic objectives. What will your responsibilities be? Design engaging digital and print materials, including event collateral, advertising, EDMs and social media contentDeliver on-brand artwork consistent across all MRC touchpoints, including the Caulfield Cup CarnivalInterpret briefs creatively and apply strong layout, colour, and typography principlesCollaborate with Marketing, Digital, Membership and Events teams to ensure cohesive campaignsManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quality standardsStay across design trends and contribute fresh, creative ideas Qualifications, Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Creative Industries, or related disciplineMinimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft suiteInterest in branding and visual identity is desirableExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail specifically with layout and typographyAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressureExperience with After Effects and a knowledge of the racing industry advantageous What’s in it for you?
