������ Southeastern suburb (VIC) | $75 p/h super | Immediate Start | Mon–Fri (No Weekends) We’re working with a leading national fitout and construction group seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Victorian team on a short-term contract, with potential for extension depending on upcoming project awards. You’ll be based in the Southeastern suburb office, managing a diverse pipeline of commercial projects including hospitality venues, retail stores, education facilities, and medical centres. Current and upcoming works include: Hospitality venues Outdoor steel canopy Kiosk and pet store Restaurant, chemist, and medical centre Coffee shop, retail store, two sports stores. Key Responsibilities: Manage project programme, budget, and client relationships Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination Order materials and manage delivery timelines Ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish Potential interstate travel as required About You: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fitout Strong organisational and communication skills Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Available for an immediate start Details: Immediate interviews (Teams or in-office) Start ASAP 40-hour week, Monday to Friday (no weekends) Competitive hourly rate: $75 p/h super Potential contract extension
