The Avoca Beach Hotel is 'the local pub more' - comprised of the Saltwater Bar & Bistro with a large outdoor deck, Sports Bar, drive through Bottle Shop, gaming facilities; as well as multiple function & event spaces, and plenty of accommodation spread across 14 acres. What you’ll do Open close the venue like a pro Ensure the highest level of venue presentation at all times Handling cellar operations – you've changed a keg or two in your time! Support and guide the team during service, lead by example Manage Asked to Leave situations with authority and calm Ensure customers leave with a smile on their face What we need RSA RCG essential Experience with POS, EGM & TAB facilities A mature, focused individual – steady under pressure but approachable Weekend public holiday availability essential Ability to talk about wine without putting people to sleep (a bonus!)
