About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House All-Rounder to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work. You will be the face of Panko Chan, playing a key role in shaping our guests' experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities · Provide efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. · Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including Japanese beers, sake, and cocktails. · Maintain excellent product knowledge of our entire menu, including traditional Japanese dishes and fusion specialties, to make confident recommendations and answer guest questions. · Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the front-of-house area, including tables, the bar, and floor. · Assist with opening and closing procedures, and support basic back-of-house tasks as needed (e.g., restocking, preparing non-cooked items). · Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. · cook food at kitchen sometimes doing deep fryer section as needed · Uphold our brand standards by providing a positive and professional ambassador for Panko Chan at all times. Essential Requirements · Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant, cafe, or bar environment. · A current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. · Flexible availability to work across a mix of days, nights, and weekends. · Full working rights in Australia.
