Key responsibilities: New membership – manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base Assist in all daily operations within your club Work closely with the Club Manager to achieve the clubs goals Assisting members with enquiries Promotion of the club within the local community Driving marketing and advertising campaigns, including in club social media Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out. Successful candidate will need: Outgoing, energetic and thrives on interacting with people Self motivation: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally Be able to work autonomously Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others If you are outgoing, love interacting with people & think you are our next superstar - apply now. Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality or similar sectors is desirable. Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is required. Working with children, first aid, police check, drivers license are a requirement.
