About the Position: Our client is seeking either a junior-level Commercial Property Lawyer (2–5 years PAE) or an experienced Senior Conveyancer with a solid background in commercial property transactions. This is a hands-on role dealing with: A-Z commercial conveyancing matters Business sales and acquisitions Retail and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant sides) Drafting and reviewing property contracts and transactional documents Managing property-related due diligence processes There is also an opportunity to work on a broader mix of transactional and corporate law files, depending on your skills and interests.
